Individual therapy

I provide individual therapy for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression,  adjustment  disorders,  PTSD,  and  more.  Sessions  are  tailored to each individual to help them understand  their  feelings  and  develop  strategies  to  cope with  their  emotions.  My  goal  is to support you in managing your mental health so that you can live a healthier and happier life.
